ORKSTRA was started by Eng. Amr Shoieb, a civil engineer running Aletlala General Contracting in Abu Dhabi. Every module exists because a real project needed it β not because a product manager imagined it.
Our mission

Aletlala was running 50+ active projects on a mix of Excel sheets, WhatsApp groups, and disconnected accounting software. Tender timelines slipped, BOQ revisions were lost, and IPCs took weeks to reconcile.

We built ORKSTRA around Aletlala's actual workflow: tender management, BOQ import, project award, variation orders, IPCs, payroll, and AI invoice scanning β all in one bilingual platform.
